Hey Ya'll,
"second verse same as the first....."
More of the same on this day as the one before in Music City. Did some touristy stuff today. Saw a few artists down at the riverstages, Jessica Andrews for one.
Later tonight, I met up with some of my friends for a songwriter's night held at "The
French Quarter." They were gracious enough to invite me up to sing a couple of songs with them. That would actually mark the first time I've ever performed here.
We stopped in a bar called "Harley Holt's," for a show being done by, Lance Miller
(Nashville Star, 4th Place). One of the ladies in our group knows Lance pretty well, so asked him if he would let me sing (low-light pictures), he introduced me and I sang a couple.
I love this town. The people here are very polite and NICE. Both places I sang tonight, the crowds responded very well to me and came up to talk to me. Such genuine people.
